A Comprehensive Wealth Management Practice
We have been and continue to provide family-office services to families in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas since 2012.
Team-Based Service
Apple Tree Wealth Management is a multi-family office based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. We provide clients with a team-based service model in which all aspects of a family’s wealth are managed, serviced, and maintained by a team of people out of a single location.
Unique Financial Planning
Unlike traditional investment and wealth managers who oversee only one piece of the puzzle, we maintain and have access to our client’s entire wealth portfolio at all times. This approach allows us to work collaboratively and make more educated and informed decisions on behalf of the families we serve.
Pre-Negotiated Fees
We charge a flat, pre-negotiated fee based on the complexity and breadth of services a client requires. We do not charge asset-based (AUM) fees as this structure may create conflicts of interest when considering different planning scenarios and investment options.
Our History and Founder
Apple Tree Wealth Management was founded in 2012 by New York native, Joseph Perrotta.
Joseph Perrotta is a native of Long Island New York where he spent his childhood working on a farm. After graduating from Franklin and Marshall College with a degree in Corporate Finance, he spent six years in the financial sector operating in a variety of positions. After a brief stint with Morgan Stanley where he was disheartened with the product-pushing and poor service of large broker-dealers, Joseph founded Apple Tree Wealth to better meet the needs and expectations of high net worth individuals with complex planning and investment needs.
Joseph lives in Bethlehem with his wife, Sarah, and his son, Teddy. When not working Joseph enjoys golfing, working with his hands, hiking, and spending time with his family.
Joseph has been very active in the community, serving on the boards of a half-dozen non-profit corporations in the past 10 years. He currently serves as treasurer for Red Door Early Learning Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit school he helped transition from a Church-based location to a new state of the art facility in Center Valley, PA. Joseph oversees all financial and accounting operations of the school, including payroll, tax, and audit of the corporation.
